Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) is a method that allows you to access your subconscious mind and connect with your higher self. During a session, you’ll be guided into a deeply relaxed state where you may possibly explore past lives, gain insights, and experience healing at a soul level.

Each session is unique, but you’ll typically begin with a discussion about your intentions and questions. From there, you’ll be guided into hypnosis, where we’ll explore what you need to experience for the deepest healing possible and connect with your higher self for insights and healing. The session concludes with time to reflect on your experience.

Reiki is a gentle, hands-on (or hands-off) energy healing practice that helps balance your body's energy, promoting relaxation, stress relief, and overall well-being. It works by channeling universal life force energy to clear energetic blockages, support emotional healing, and enhance your body's natural ability to heal itself.

Emotional Release Healing is a holistic approach to clearing stuck emotions and trauma stored in the body. Through guided techniques, breathwork, and energy work, this process helps you release emotional baggage, reduce stress, and restore emotional balance. It’s a powerful way to free yourself from past pain, improve your emotional health, and align with your true self.

• QHHT sessions typically last 5-7 hours.

• Coaching / Mentoring Sessions are 60 minutes.

• Energy Balancing & Emotional Release Sessions are 60 minutes.

Not at all! Whether you’re new to these practices or have previous experience, I’ll guide you through the process in a way that feels comfortable and supportive.

All sessions are conducted in person at a safe and comfortable location. Details will be provided upon booking.

   Use the booking calendar to select your preferred date & time. All sessions are in-person, and availability will be shown on the calendar.

4. Pay your session fee

   You have the option to pay for your session in full at the time of booking or if you’d rather pay in smaller increments you can use PayPal’s PayLater option to split up the session fee into multiple payments.

5. Confirmation
   Once you’ve booked your session, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details you need, including location and what to expect.

You can choose to pay the full session fee at the time of booking, or if you prefer, you can split the payment into smaller increments. Simply select the PayPal option at checkout to set up the PayPal PayLater plan and enjoy more flexible payment options.

Cancellations are non-refundable. For reschedules a request for a new appointment date must be made at least one week in advance of the appointment date. This allows sufficient time to offer the slot to another client. Requests made with less than one week’s notice may result in a rescheduling fee or forfeiture of the session, depending on the circumstances.
